Refund policy
התקנתי - אבל ה-API של Shopify חוסם לי הרשאה לעדכן ישירות את עמודי המדיניות המשפטיים (write_legal_policies) - זה כנראה נחסם בכוונה, בדומה לפרטי תשלום. תצטרך להדביק את זה בעצמך:
בשופיפיי: Settings → Policies → תדביק בכל תיבה בהתאמה, ותשמור.
Shipping Policy:
Every piece at Nomadic Store is a Giclée fine art print, made especially for you once you place your order — nothing is pre-printed or held in stock.
Production time: 1–2 business days to print and prepare your order before it ships.
Shipping time: An additional 3–10 business days depending on your location, on top of production time. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
International orders: Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item or shipping price.
Shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at avilevym@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Refund Policy:
Every print at Nomadic Store is made especially for you after you place your order, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Order changes and cancellations: We can modify or cancel your order only before it enters production. Once printing has started, we're unable to make changes, cancel the order, or issue a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at avilevym@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost orders: If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, let us know and we'll send a replacement, provided the shipping address you gave us was correct.
